These terms and conditions govern your use of the Fast Coding Agency website and the services provided by AMZ Werrox SRL. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Fast Coding Agency provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and related consulting. All projects are delivered based on individually agreed specifications and timelines.
3. Free Demo
We offer a free functional demo within 48 hours of initial consultation. The demo remains the intellectual property of AMZ Werrox SRL until a development agreement is signed. The demo is provided as-is for evaluation purposes.
4. Payments & Pricing
Project pricing is agreed upon individually for each project before development begins. Payment terms, milestones, and delivery schedules are outlined in the project agreement. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the developed software are transferred to the client. Third-party libraries and open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
AMZ Werrox SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
